We offer size and design exchanges within India. No exchanges or returns are available for international orders. As a policy, we do not provide refunds or returns once a product has been sold.

Return Shipping:

For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using traceable mail services, as we do not offer a reverse pick-up facility. Any returned item that is not received by Mehr By Pretty will be considered as not returned. Exchange Process (India only): Notify us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment for any exchanges by either: WhatsApp: +91-9372910351 Filling out the form on our website.

Exchanges cannot be processed if the request is made after 72 hours of delivery. Please share the courier receipt within 7 days of receiving the product. Delays beyond this will prevent us from processing your exchange.

Each customer is eligible for one exchange only. For design exchanges, return the product and, once approved and received, a promo code (with INR 200 deducted) will be issued. This promo code will not expire.

Damaged Products: If the product is received damaged, please provide a video and photos of the unpacking process.
